Review, edit, and export a resume
Understand the ATS-style score, correct the generated content, save the changes, and share the finished PDF.
5 steps · 10–15 minutes
All product guides1. Open the ATS score details
The score card summarizes the overall match. The detail screen breaks it into Alignment, Impact, Clarity, and Completeness and lists specific issues.
- 1Tap the ATS score card on the resume.
- 2Read each sub-score and every listed issue.
- 3Treat the analysis as review guidance, not a hiring guarantee.

2. Compare the resume with the posting
Look for genuine experience that answers the employer’s requirements and for important context the draft may have missed.
- 1Check the summary against the role’s main responsibility.
- 2Confirm that the skills list contains only skills you have.
- 3Check whether the strongest relevant result appears near the top of each work entry.
3. Edit the structured resume
The editor lets you revise the generated sections directly. Saved-resume edits persist to that application.
- 1Tap Edit in the resume header.
- 2Correct inaccurate wording, dates, skills, and experience details.
- 3Add missing context in your own words.
- 4Tap Save in the header.

4. Read the final version from top to bottom
Review the document as the employer will see it. Check spelling, chronology, contact information, and unsupported claims.
- 1Exit edit mode and read the rendered resume.
- 2Make another edit if anything is unclear or inaccurate.
5. Export the PDF
The Download PDF action opens the device share sheet so you can save or send the current version.
- 1Tap Download PDF.
- 2Choose Save to Files, Mail, or another destination from the share sheet.
- 3Open the exported file once to confirm the final layout before applying.
What you should have when you finish
The saved resume reflects your edits, and you have a reviewed PDF ready for the specific application.
If something does not work
The score is not visible on an older saved resume.
Older items may not contain the full stored analysis. Generate a new version from the current job description to receive current score details.
The exported PDF does not include a recent edit.
Return to Edit, tap Save, exit edit mode, and export again from the updated resume screen.
