1. Find the application you want

The Resumes tab lists generated versions so you do not have to overwrite one generic document for every posting.

  1. 1Open Resumes.
  2. 2Scroll through Your resumes.
  3. 3Tap the item associated with the role you are working on.

2. Continue work on a saved resume

A saved item carries its resume content and, when available, the related job description and score analysis.

  1. 1Open the resume.
  2. 2Review or edit the document.
  3. 3Use Generate cover letter when you need application-specific letter copy.

3. Create a separate resume for another job

Do not stretch one saved resume across unrelated postings. Start again with the new role’s complete description.

  1. 1Return to Resumes.
  2. 2Tap New resume.
  3. 3Paste the new job description and generate a new version.

4. Delete a resume you no longer need

Deletion is permanent, so confirm you have saved any PDF you still want before removing the item.

  1. 1Use the delete action on the saved resume.
  2. 2Read the confirmation, then choose Delete only when you are certain.

What you should have when you finish

Each active opportunity has its own saved version, and outdated items are no longer cluttering the list.

If something does not work

A resume does not appear in the list.

Confirm that you are signed into the account used to generate it, then reopen the Resumes tab to refresh the list.

You deleted the wrong resume.

Deleted items cannot be restored in the app. Use a previously exported PDF as a reference and create a new version from the job description.
