All product guides1. Start a new resume
The Resumes tab is the home for saved applications and the starting point for a new one.
- 1Open Resumes.
- 2Tap New resume.
2. Paste the complete job description
Include the actual role requirements. A short title or partial posting does not give the app enough context to tailor the draft well.
- 1Paste the posting into the Job Description field.
- 2Remove unrelated page navigation, cookie notices, or recruiter boilerplate.
- 3Keep responsibilities, qualifications, preferred skills, and company context.

3. Choose the experience level
Select Entry, Mid, or Senior+ based on the level of the job posting, not simply your total years of experience.
- 1Read the seniority language in the posting.
- 2Select the closest experience level.
4. Generate and wait for both stages
The app first tailors the resume and then scores the result. Keep the screen open until the full resume appears.
- 1Tap Generate Resume.
- 2Wait while the app tailors the content.
- 3Wait for the ATS-style scoring step to finish.
5. Read the complete draft
Generation is the start of the review, not the final approval. Confirm that every claim is true and that the document represents you accurately.
- 1Read the summary, skills, and every work entry.
- 2Open the score details to see the flagged issues.
- 3Use Edit before exporting or sharing the resume.
What you should have when you finish
The Resumes tab contains a job-specific draft with its job description and ATS-style analysis.
If something does not work
Generate Resume is unavailable or an access screen appears.
Follow the access information shown in the app. The App Store purchase screen displays the current subscription price and terms before any purchase.
The result feels generic.
Complete the relevant Profile sections and use the full job description, then create a new version.
